This Is Me: Liedenfrost - Blogger and Businessman
I am a retired Professor of Chemistry & a retired Director of a State University Research Center. I enjoyed my work and sometimes loved it but my true love is Theoretical Physics, especially String Theory (The Theory of Everything) as it deals with our extra dimensions. My love for music is abiding but a distant second. I also love to play the e-sports game, League of Legends, the board game, Go, and still find the time to watch and critique American Idol contestants and watch my favorite sports (NFL football, NBA basketball, men's figure skating and soccer). My family was confused by words like gay-leaning and bisexual so I identified as gay and live my life that way. The label seems appropriate since I am attracted more to men than women. But I am a lamb to the slaughter for physically fit, alpha, boss females with Big Dick Attitude. As the title suggest, this is both a blog and a shameless plug for my company, Liedenfrost Promotions, LLC (see last paragraph of this section for more details). We make promotional video commercials and design websites for blogs. I think it is important to know as much as you can about a person or company before making a decision about whether that company can serve your needs. I inform you about my personal life in this blog to show you the type of work we can do and who I am as a person. It is my belief that it is easier to work with businesses that share: 1) A Common Life Perspective (for example, Peace and Love On Earth and Friendly Relationships With The Gay and Bisexual Community); 2) A Common Set Of Interests (for example, String Theory, NBA, NFL, Figure Skating, Soccer, R&B and Rock Music, E-sports, Board Game Go, Physical Fitness, and Singing Competitions); and 3) A Common Life Philosophy (for example, Live And Let Live) with me and my company.
I am “five foot nothing and a hundred and nothing” (via the football movie, Rudy); 5ft6in tall and weigh 130 lbs to be exact. That height and weight means two things: I’m never chosen for basketball games and I never challenge other dudes about anything that could escalate into a fight I am sure to lose. Musically, I love old school R&B and Seventies Rock. I grew up and spent my youth and the last half of the seventies in Los Angeles, California as a bippie (black hippie) because I was strongly attracted to the lingering Let It Be/Peace Train/Be Yourself/Free Love and Sex doctrines adopted in the sixties by the original hippies. I especially loved the welcoming environment of hippie culture. It was then (as it is now) a life of contradictions but I adapted over time and now live happily in this middle-aged, complicated skin. It does, however, make it difficult to fit in with other people. No matter how independent I am, I know that I will need help from others some day.
I knew that I was a “Crow Left of the Murder” (the name of a music album by the group, Incubus) after participating in an online forum about the Thai Boys Love drama, Vice Versa, which tells the story of two young adult males that fall in love in parallel universes. Boys Love is a term originating from Japan and means exactly what it says; e.g., two males falling in love. I thought that the Vice Versa forum would be the perfect place to discuss what I had learned about String Theory, Big Bang, The Many Worlds Theory, Quantum Particle Entanglement, etc. and how these principles applied to Vice Versa. I argued that travel between the two universes connected by a wormhole was indicative of travel between the third and fifth dimensions. I was told by forum members that these theories were confusing and that I should just enjoy the drama and shut up about String Theory. So I did and soon returned to my favorite String Theory forum and broached the subject there, but was also rebuffed: “Why would we want to talk about a gay love story on a physics forum?” This is just one example of how my life (and others like me) is played out like a minor movie on the small screen in cinema 2 while others are played out on the big screen in cinema 1.
Since I don’t fit in with any group, I decided to forge my own path. After all, there must be a sub-segment of the population in one of our ten dimensions that is gay for fit skinny men, oddly attracted to women with Big Dick Energy, are scientists, love to watch Boys Love dramas, critique American Idol contestants, love to play League of Legends and Go, love the NBA, NFL, Men's Figure Skating and Soccer, and are secretly in love with String Theory. I am reminded of Albert Einstein’s famous quote: “The man who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.” With this blog, I will introduce myself to you and the things I love to do, with a hope that you will love them too.

Quantum Theory, Parallel Worlds, and Vice Versa
(an essay by Liedenfrost)
Vice Versa, the very popular Asian gay love story involving parallel worlds, is not amateurish science fiction.. It is based on Quantum Mechanics, (mathematical description of subatomic particles). JittiRain did her homework. I read that she is a huge fan of Marvel Multiverse Media (multiverse is the mother system for all other alternate universes). And it shows. Vice Versa shows excellent agreement with Modern Quantum Mechanics. Let me explain.
How is a Parallel Universe Formed: There are two possible ways to form a parallel universe: 1) Brain Power; e.g., your imagination, predestination, telepathy, and fantasy; 2) Science; e.g., Quantum Mechanics, String Theory, Big Bang Theory, Particle Entanglement Theory, and The Many Worlds Theory. The first method needs no further discussion. The only scientific theories that affect Vice Versa are the four mentioned below.
String Theory: Tells us that there are eleven dimensions, one of which is time. It also tells us that the existence of a Parallel Universe is only possible in the fourth or higher dimensions. The lowest level Parallel Universe exists in the 4th dimension but the lifelines do not correlate. For example, you are either a Doctor in Parallel Universe A or a Lawyer in Parallel Universe B, but you will never be both and you cannot change you career path. A Parallel Universe in the 5th dimension has different versions of you in Parallel Universes A and B. There is correlation but it is restricted. For example, if you are a Doctor in Parallel Universe A but now want to become a Lawyer, you can do that in a 5th dimension, but it requires a do over; e.g., you would have to go back to the point in time when you first made the decision to study Medicine, and choose instead to study Law. It is only in the 6th or higher dimensions that you can exist in multiple versions with different lifelines that are correlated so that all versions of you are aware of each other and communicate. No need to travel in the 6th dimension or higher because you exist in all of the lifelines (universes) that belong to that dimension.
The Many World Theory is based on the Big Bang Theory: Big Bang Theory suggests that billions of years ago there was a massive explosion (A Big Bang) in a space vacuum that led to the creation of other forms of matter; e.g., the elements, the building blocks for our universe, housing earth and everything in it, and, that this process repeated itself over and over so that other Parallel Universes were formed. The Many Worlds Theory is a product of Quantum Mechanic Equations. The premise is that there is a World for every outcome of every decision we make. For example if you are undecided whether to attend a baseball game or watch it on television, there is a world for both of your choices, but you can only pick one and will never even know about the other. I don’t believe in Big Bang but JittiRain does (in an interview).
Particle Entanglement Theory: The Theory proposes that when two subatomic particles (e.g., electrons) become entangled (collide with each other), the interaction results in the creation of two permanently coupled particles spinning in opposite directions. Our world is a massive amount of matter that is composed of trillions of subatomic particles. In order for this to result in Parallel Universes, we would first need to find a way to break down our current universe into its subatomic particles, entangle them, then separate the particles spinning right from those spinning left, move them to different locations in space, and then recombine both sets of subatomic particles. This would create a system of permanently entangled Parallel Worlds that are opposite of each other; similar to the opposite worlds of Vice Versa.
Travel Between Parallel Worlds: Vice Versa in set in the 5th dimension so Talay and Tun would need a means of transport between their Parallel Worlds. The possibilities include 1) teleportation and replication; e.g., as in Star Trek; 2) Worm Holes, a tunnel through interstellar space created by a Black Hole; e.g. as in Star Gate; 3) Port Holes; the bending of space between two points, end to end, to form a hole that connects different worlds, as utilized by Spot in Spider Man; 4) String Theory’s High Level Dimensions (6th through 10th) allows you to be present in all your universes so there is no longer a need for travel.
Summary: Unlike trained Quantum Physicists, geeks like me see Vice Versa as more than just Boys Love Romantic fiction. For example, the Port Key concept is consistent with known and accepted science. The existence of a Parallel World that is the exact opposite of the Original World can also be explained via Quantum Mechanics’ Entanglement Theory (the system of opposites that permeate Vice Versa dialog). The Big Bang – Many Worlds Theory applies to everything in this drama because a Parallel Universe is not possible without Big Bang. And the entire setting takes place in the String Theory 5th dimension of Quantum Mechanics, the only dimension that requires a system of travel via a Portal. There are many areas of agreement between Vice Versa and Quantum Mechanics. I am amazed by JittiRain combination of Boys Love and Quantum Mechanics!

Competitions pit two five man teams against each other in a best of five game series. There are five positions/roles on a team: top laner, middle or mid laner, bottom or bot laner, jungler, and support.
Members: Left Team T1, Right Team Bilibili Gaming (BLG). For the BLG team, Elk is the Bottom Laner, Bin is the Top Laner, Knight is a Middle Laner, ON is the Support Player and Xun and Wei are Junglers. The T1 Champions are Zeus, the Top Laner, Faker, the MIddle Laner, Gumayusi is the Bottom Laner, Oner is the Jungler and Keria is the Support Player.

Scout & Viper Celebrate Winning the 2021 LOL World Championship. These two powerful players shared the same brain. Faker of South Korea's Multiple World Championships team, T1, is undeniably the best Mid Laner And ADC in the world. He has won five World Championships as well as multiple MVP Awards. Scout, Mid Laner for the 2021 EDG Champions, is a Faker's disciple, so is also an accomplished and capable ADC. Viper is a super aggressive Bottom Laner and a ferocious and determined fighter and is also a natural born ADC. The strength of the 2021 Edward Gaming team was the ability of Scout and Viper to alternate, rotate, interchange and merge traditional roles of Mid Laner, Bottom Laner, and Attack Damage Carry (ADC) It is said that they could read each other's mind at the most consequential time and bail each other out of the most difficult predicaments. There was no bromance between these two but that didn't stop bromance gaming fans from shipping them as "married minds". Both have moved on to join new teams but I will never forget this couple. They were fun to watch and I became a devoted EDG fan because of them.

BEST LEAGUE OF LEGENDS BROMANCE DRAMA
The Strongest Men of God
(Ignore the blue folders in the table below. Those are subtitles. The 36 episode videos are in the red folders in the table below but not in numerical order)
The Strongest Men of God is a Chinese bromance drama that features League of Legends (LOL). I used this drama as a teaching tool to teach my nephew how to play LOL. So in addition to the English subs, there are lots of explanations about what is happening on screen during the game. If you already know how to play the game, ignore the comments and focus on the English subs which are located on the first line of text. The drama tells the story of a former LOL Champion who left the game after the death of his best friend and teammate. After some time, he returns to punish those responsible for his best friend's death, and, while doing so, forms his own team of former professional league players and newbies. After some setbacks, his fractious and ragtag team finds their rhythm and becomes a formidable and fearsome force in national and international competition. (If you are new to LOL and want to learn the basics, this drama serves as a learning tool as it contains thorough explanations on the positions, rules, roles of the five players, as well as introductions to the champion fighters, their unique abilities, and how each player picks the champion to role play based on his/her position/role on the team.)

MY FAVORITE GO BROMANCE DRAMA: HIKARU NO GO
Hikaru No Go is also a Chinese bromance featuring the board game Go as theme. It examines the enemies-to-friendship bromance between the rich spoiled son of the current World Go champion, who mentors his son, and a talented poor boy who learned the game from an ancient Go champion who he accidentally brought back to life. An excellent movie and the perfect teaching tool for those who wish to learn the wonderful game of Go.

Note: This movie is generally regarded as the best American made lesbian drama and the best American made lesbian-themed crime thriller of all time. Violet, the ultra feminine and uber-sexy smoky voiced better half of this lesbian duo is surprisingly the sexual aggressor while butch painter/plumber Corky is the strong silent type who falls hard for Violet. There are lies, lies, twists and turns in every scene. The two women are confronted at every turn in their plot to rob the mob of $2 million and they out-wit their brawny masculine gangsters in every confrontation. This lesbian gangster thriller features two women, Jamie and Marian, who unwittingly find themselves involved in a dangerous mafia gang fight. Jamie, who was kicked out of her apartment by her lesbian lover for cheating, decides to accompany her friend, Marian to Florida, on a road trip. They decide to use a drive away car service to save money. They drive away with the wrong car which had been reserved by three gangsters, Arliss, Flint, and Chief. When the gangsters find out their car is gone, they chase Jamie and Marian to Florida. By this time, Jamie and Marian find out there is a suitcase full of dildos and a severed head in the trunk of the car. When Jamie and Marian check into a hotel using Jamie's credit card, the three mobsters are tipped off to their location. Meanwhile, Jamie convinces Marian, for whom she has been carrying a lustful torch, to have sex with her. Afterwards, Jamie makes good use of the dildos in the suitcase, especially one dildo modeled after the erect penis of a famous senator named Channel. Chief, Arliss and Flint burst into their room, retrieve the head and briefcase, and abduct the women at gunpoint. The women are tied to chairs in the backroom at a dog race track. The gangsters have an argument that leads to Flint killing the other two and running away. Jamie and Marian escape and head to Massachusetts where same-sex marriage is legal. On the way, they decide to blackmail the famous senator, Channel for money. Note: This movie is a hilarious crime comedy but should not be taken seriously. There is lots of lesbian sex but it is not a romance.

My Favorite WNBA Players
#1. Angel Reese. One of the most exciting and entertaining players in the WNBA, Nicknamed The Bayou Barbie, this feisty, outspoken, social media superstar and uber talented young basketball phenom is a forward for the Chicago Sky. She is also easily the sexiest player in the WNBA. BOn the far right, you can see Angel at the 2024 WNBA Draft.
There's no doubt in my mind, when it comes to commercial fashion, image, meeting the moment, and sex appeal, nobody does it better than the flamboyant and sassy Bayou Barbie, Angel Reese. Watch this acceptance speech at the 2024 WNBA Draft (she was drafted #7 overall) as she steals the show with glamour, beauty, and her sparkling, unique, and photogenic presence and personality. She will be, not just a basketball talent, but a wonderful and much needed media magnet in the WNBA. She is the perfect complement to the uber-talented but more reserved basketball sensation, Caitlin Clark.
#2. Caitlin Clark. She is the recipient of many awards, including multiple Player of the Year awards, Caitlin is widely considered the most popular and talented female collegiate basketball player of all time. Like Steph Curry, she is a permanent threat and can drain threes from anywhere on the court. She was drafted #1 by the Indiana Fever in the 2024 WNBA draft. During her very first season, she led the WNBA in assists, was a WNBA All Star, and was named to the All WNBA First Team. But it is her exuberant popularity and her ability to attract new viewers and fans to the WNBA that makes her so special.
Perhaps the most beloved and popular rookie to ever set foot on a WNBA court, this uber-talented WNBA superstar is not only crafty and daring on the ball but is also a deadly and terrifying long range bomber. She is somewhat more reserved off the court and on social media than the flamboyant and attention loving Angel Reese. Many may disagree with me, but I think the drastic differences in personality make for a very interesting next few years, should they both live up to expectation.
#3: My Favorite WNBA Player ever, the 6ft5inch insanely talented former Cente;r from the Los Angeles Sparks (Western Conference, WNBA), the very beautiful Lisa Leslie.
#3. Lisa Leslie: Not only my favorite WNBA player of all time but also one of the truly great WNBA players of all time. She is currently head coach of the Triplets of the BIG3 3-on-3 Professional Basketball league as well as a basketball analyst for the Orlando Magic of the NBA. Lisa spent her entire WNBA eleven year career with the Los Angeles Sparks. Voted as the 5th best WNBA Player of all time by ESPN, she is the owner of eight WNBA All Star Team Selections, four Olympic Gold Medals, two WNBA Championships, three WNBA MVP Awards, and an inductee into both the Naismith Basketball Hall Of Fame, and, the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame.
For eight long years I was in love with this lean, lanky, long, skinny, athletic beauty, until 2005, when she married Michael Lockwood. My primary love interest is men but I have a really weird lingering, ineradicable attraction to strong, muscular, lean, athletic, skinny women with Big Dick Attitude, and, Lisa Leslie checks every box.

#2. Justin Jefferson: Widely Considered the Best Player in the NFL, Long, Lanky, and Faster Than a Speeding Bullet, Justin Jefferson is my Second Favorite Player in the NFL. During His Rookie Season With the Minnesota Vikings, Justin Broke the Record for Most Receiving Yards by a Rookie in a Single Season, and now Has More 100-yard Receiving Games Through Three NFL Seasons Than Any Other Player in NFL History.
#3. Tyrann Matthieu, Safety for the Arizona Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Current Player for the New Orleans Saints, Is Known as "The Honey Badger", because he Is a short dude with creative tackling & hitting skills that can take down receivers twice his size. This scrappy little dude is tough as nails and my #3 favorite player in the NFL.
#4. Jayden Daniels: Winner of the 2024 Heisman Trophy, this LSU quarterback was chosen by the Washington Commanders as the second overall player in the 2024 NFL draft. He quickly became a fan sensation. This shifty, illusive, confident and supremely religious young player is believed by many to be touched by God. This Hail Mary pass (see the video above) with no time remaining on the clock against the Chicago Bears is just one of the many miracles he has created during his first season in the NFL. Jayden is seen as a Savior to many long suffering Commanders fans. And they have reason to love him. He led his team to the 2025 NFL Playoffs where they won their first playoff games since 2005. He is well on his way to becoming a Commanders legend.
#5. Joe Burrow: Winner of the 2020 Heisman Trophy, this LSU quarterback was chosen by the Cincinatti Bengals as the first overall player in the 2020 NFL draft. A proven NFL playoff quarterback, he and his favorite receiver, Jamar Chase, has rapidly become the leading quarterback-receiver duo in the NFL. Joe is outspoken, often arrogant, and ill-tempered but is a good teammate and one of the most exciting young quarterbacks in the NFL.
#6. Jerry Rice: The Greatest NFL Receiver of all time played high school football at B.L. More in Oktoc, MS (population 600), played college football at Mississippi Valley State University in Ita Bena, MS, (population 1,600), before being drafted by the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL. P.S. I Love the Artistry that Skaters like Jason Brown, Adam Rippon, and Johnny Weir bring to the ice, but, the Sport needs a variety of skating styles to reach a wider audience and ensure its survival. Maybe "masculine" is an ill-defined term and politically incorrect but "masculine" and "muscular" are the two terms that come to my mind while watching the skating styles shown below. The public perception that a majority of male figure skaters are feminine and gay is incorrect. The majority of male figure skaters (including single, pairs and dance) are neither feminine nor gay.

A Defense Of Masculinity and Athleticism in Men's Figure Skating

Figure Skating is an art form, just like a poem; e.g. like Archibald MacLeish's Ars Poetica which offers us this important message: "A Poem Should Not Mean But Be", meaning a poem should present itself to the world and then allow the reader to take from it what they need to satisfy their own unique artistic temperament. Figure skating fans will do the same. While I believe Figure Skating Programs fall into three categories; e.g., Feminine, Masculine, and Neutral, I don't view one as better than the others. My perception is that many Figure Skating Fans view the Feminine Art Form as the only legitimate form of Figure Skating. While we are different people with different tastes and artistic temperaments (we like what we like), we don't have to belittle or dismiss others who have a different preference and/or artistic temperament. Please, know, the sport has a subsegment of fans that enjoy, appreciate, and prefer a more Masculine-leaning Program. Art is whatever makes us feel; it's something that touches us so deeply, it can make us deliriously happy or inconsolably sad. Sometimes it comes in the form of Michell Kwan's Lyra Angelica, Jason's Brown's Schindler's List, or Adam Rippon's emotional tribute to Coldplay, The Birds (2018 Olympics), three very lyrical programs that fall within what I consider the Feminine (or lyrical) Form of art whether the skater is male or female, because it speaks to us through the use of delicate and flowing hand and arm movement, elegant spirals and spins, and lyrical flow across the ice. There is, however, a figure skating art form that makes us feel something else entirely. Phillipe Candoloro as D'Artagnan in The Four Musketeers makes my heart race with vigor and excitement. That, too, is a legitimate response from deep within the soul. His high energy, athletically-inspired sword fights and rapid moving staccato footwork sequences across the ice fit the Masculine Form of art whether the skater is male or female. As figure skating fans, can't we just appreciate and accept that we are not monolithic; that we will never view or feel art as one? Can't we just take from a program what we need to satisfy our own unique artistic temperament? Archibald MacLeish's Ars Poetica presents us with a poem and we do with it what we please, we take from it what we need. Figure skating fans are no different. Because Figure Skating is an art form that has a Program Component Scoring requirement, it, by necessity, must have a quantitative value associated with it, but, art in its purest form is not about better than, right or wrong, only preference.
#4: Nathan Chen's Triumphant and Redemptive Six Quad Free Skate at The 2018 Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. This Free Skate Pulled Him From 18th place (due to a disastrous Short Program where he fell twice) into Fifth Place Overall. One of the Most Courageous and Enduring Performances I Have Ever Seen on the Ice. This, too, is Man's Work.
#5: Brian Joubert's Wonderful Free Skate Interpretation of Clubbed To Death from The Motion Picture, The Matrix. Along With Kurt Browning, Elvis Stojko, and Phillipe Candoloro, Brian is one of Men's Figure Skating's Most Masculine Presences. The sport doesn't have many but France seems to have more than the rest. Both Phillippe Candoloro and Brian Joubert were bona fide and popular sex symbols.
#6: To The Man Who Started The Masculine Movement in Men's Figure Skating, the Legendary Kurt Browning, Performing His Iconic Classic from His Professional Figure Skating Repertoire, the very popular Gene Kelly rendition of Singing In The Rain. Thank you, Kurt.

France's all time top goal scorer, and my favorite baller ever on the pitch, is currently a striker for the Los Angeles FC of the Western Conference of American's premier soccer league, MLS (Major League Soccer). He started his illustrious career with Grenoble (Ligue 2) and Montpellier (Ligue 1), France's premier professional football league), then spent six years with Arsenal and 2 years with Chelsea of the EPL (England's Premiere Professional Football League) before moving to AC Milan of Serie A, Italy's Premiere Professional Football League.

Olivier left France for Arsenal in 2012 as Lique 1's Sexiest Player of the Year. While at Arsenal, he was voted Sexiest Player in the English Premiere League (2015). Based solely on talent, Olivier is no Maradona or Pele, but when you combine superior football talent, looks, and sex appeal, he is an easy #1. One of the most viewed bromance moments in international football. No doubt about it. If you are an avid sports fan and into bromance, as I am, football is the place to be.

Gerard Pique: Gerard started his professional football career with Manchester United of the EPL but returned to Spain in 2008 to play for Barcelona of La Liga, Spain's top tier Professional Football League. It was there that he became a superstar and legend in the world of football. A World Cup winner with Spain's National team, he stayed with Barcelona for fourteen years winning nine La Liga championships. It was there that Gerard Pique became known as the best centre-back of his generation. He retired in 2022.
Taller and stronger than most professional footballers by far, Gerard was considered by many "The best defensive Centre-back in the world". Also quite versatile, he was used as both a Sweeper and a Striker. Watch him work his magic in the video above.
Gerard Pique is best known worldwide for his highly publicized relationship with Superstar Singer Shakira, with whom he fathered two sons. Although he was routinely named one of the five Most Handsome Football Players in the World, and is 100% that, it was his fourteen year romantic relationship with Shakira, who has millions of fans, that he, like David Beckham, became both a bona sex symbol for the ladies and a Icon to gay men. Here Cesc Fabregas is terrified and clinging to Gerard because he thinks the leg injury he sustained in the match might be career ending. Gerard is trying to comfort him. On the right, you see them sharing a very touching moment in victory at Barcelona. They have posted pics a lot more intimate than the ones shown here. #3. Eren Derdiyoh:
Eren is a journeyman striker whose name won't appear at the top of the record books but gained fame nonetheless because of his devastating & flamboyant crowd pleasing bicycle kicks. His best years were in his home country of Switzerland where he played for FC Basel of the Swiss Super League, Switzerland's top tier Professional Football league. He also played very well for four years with Bayer Leverkeusen of the German Bundesliga, Germany's top tier Professional Football league. A good pro player but that's not why he's at #3. He retired in 2024 and is now an assistant coach for the Swiss Champions League team, FC Schaffhausen.

Eren's prowess on the pitch is professional level, but it is his beautiful face and sex appeal, as well as his memorable and (very popular with ladies) affectionate bromance with fellow striker, Stefan Kiessling, that brings him here at #3. I ranked this bromance #2, behind only the beautiful but tragic love story between Eric Dier and Dele Alli of the Tottenham Spurs. International football (soccer) has served as the catalyst for many wonderful bromance moments on the pitch, but, of all of them, I think I like this one (Eren and Stefan) best of all.
Bromance Moment #3: Eren Derdiyoh & Stefan Kessling. They didn't play together much as both were strikers and substituting each other but when they did, the ladies took notice. They loved the unabashed affection and celebratory kisses between these two. Still best friends, both are retired now, Stefan is married and Eren is an assistant coach.
A perrenial favorite as one of the Most Handsome Football Players in the World as well as a mainstay on the list of The Hottest Players in Football, Eren is devastatingly handsome.
#4. Robert Lewandoski:
Is a 36 year old Polish Striker currently playing for Barcelona of Spain's top tier professional football league, La Liga. He gained fame while playing in Germany's top tier Professional Football league, the Bundesliga, spending twelve years at Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich. With multiple International Goal Scoring awards, as well as Fifa World Cups for Poland, Robert is universally regarded as one of the best strikers ever in football. He is the second highest goal scorer in Europe and the fourth highest goal scorer of all time. His skill and talent is beyond reproach.

Xabi is the current head coach of Bayer Leverkusen of the Bundesliga, Germany's top professional football league. He spent the first five years of his professional career at Real Sociedad of La Liga (Spain's top professional football league), the next five years at Liverpool (EPL), followed by five years at Real Madrid, and his last three years at Bayern Munich (Bindeliga). During his career, his Real Madrid team won one La Liga and one UEFA Championship; his Liverpool team won one FA Cup and one UEFA Championship, and his Bayern Munich team won three Bundesliga League titles, and one Fifa World Cup for Spain in 2010.
My favorite match of all time. The 2005 Union Of European Football Association (UEFA) Champions final between Liverpool and Milan hosted by Istanbul. Down 3-0 at half, Liverpool rallied in the second half to tie the score 3-3 at the end of regulation and won it 3-2 in a penalty shootout. Both Xabi Alonzo and his teammate Steven Gerard (see below) scored a goal in the second half. Both are midfielders but Xabi is a defensive guru and Steven is an attacking machine. Together, they can actually clamp down on an opposing team's offense and defense. Milan was held scoreless for the entire second half and overtime.

The sheer joy of Liverpool winning the 2005 UEFA Champions Final in a shootout over Milan caused Xabi to leap into the arms of Steven Gerard, his best friend and teammate. This was one of several pictures that dominated the sports headlines.

This 2005 UEFA victory over Milan also led to this celebratory iconic kiss between Xabi and Steven in front of their entire team (and the world) caused quite a stir. "It was just something that happened. I never even thought about it until after it had happened." said Steven. Some will laugh, and have the right to do so, but I see this kiss as one of the most beautiful and affectionate moments in football history. Love is beautiful in all its many forms.

She was picked up by Charlton of the Women's Championship League (level 2) but was also sacked there because of posting videos of her inhaling an unknown material from a balloon and drinking champagne behind the wheel of her Range Rover Evoque (LOL). She then turned to social media and made a fortune posting videos on Onlyfans and charging $29.99/month subscription fees. She became the #6 most popular person on all subscriptions services worldwide. She is a full back on the pitch, and, a hand full for football managers and owners. She is talented, independent, adventuresome, and quite naughty. Madeline and Alisha Lehman (see below) topped the list of Sexiest Female Footballers in the World the last few years, but both of them earned it. In addition to their burgeoning sex appeal, each of them is also strikingly sensuous and beautiful. These things are always subjective but I just think Shafira Ika Putri is the most beautiful female footballer these eyes have ever seen. But when beauty is combined with sex appeal, its Madelene Wright and Alisha Lehman who own the stage.
#3: Alisha Lehman
This twenty-four year old Swiss footballer and social media superstar spent her early years in the FA Women's Super League, the highest level professional women's football league in England. In 2024, she joined Serie A side Juventus to be near her boyfriend, Brazilian Douglas Luiz, a midfielder for Juventus. She also plays for the Swiss National team. A striker by trade, she also plays right winger and attacking midfielder. She is famous for many things, including her kicking technique and dribbling skill but it is her mesmerizing beauty that sets her apart. She has 16.8 million cult-like followers on her Instagram account which makes her the most-followed female footballer in the world. Ever heard the phrase "She walks in beauty"? This woman is beauty personified. Alisha is gorgeous; unquestionably one of the most beautiful women on earth.
#4: Alayah Pilgrim
Yet another absolutely stunning Swiss beauty, this twenty-one year old sensation is turning heads left and right both on and off the pitch. After earning her professional stripes at local clubs in Switzerland, she joined Zurich of the Swiss Women's Super
League, the highest tier in Switzerland's women's professional football, where she was instrumental in helping Zurich to win the 2022-2023 Swiss Women's Super League title. She then joined AS Roma of Serie A, Italy's highest division of women's professional football. A superstar in the making, Alayah is not only one of the most beautiful women in football, this Swiss beauty is also unquestionably one of the most strikingly beautiful women in the entire world. A perfect 10!
#6: Trinity Rodman
This 22 year old phenom is former NBA legend Dennis Rodman's daughter and an absolutely sensational forward for the Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in the United States of America. She has only been a professional for three years, all with the Washington Spirit, with whom she has won a NWSL Championship in 2021 and one runner-up award in 2024. Trinity is also a member of the USA Women National team. You might remember the three goals she scored at the 2024 Paris Olympic games. She is a dynamo on the pitch, one of the most exciting young football players in the world. Her name might not appear on the international lists of the top ten sexiest female professional football players (Madeline Wright and especially the Swiss bombshell, Alisha Lehmann, topped that list for the last five years) but as you can see below, she is definitely one of the most beautiful female football players in the world. I love this young phenom and I want you to love her too. Trivia: her boyfriend is also named Trinity and is a former National Football League Player.

Voted #1 by The United Kingdom’s Daily Telegraph’s 2018 poll of The Thirty Most Attractive Footballers in the World is Icelandic Midfielder and Forward, Rurik Gislason, edging both Cristiano Rinaldo and Olivier Giroud, no easy feat. A member of the 2018 Icelandic Fifa World Cup Team, he spent the first eight years of his professional career at VBorg, OB, and Copenhagen of the Danish Superliga, Denmark’s top tier professional football league, and finished the last six years of his professional career by playing three years at FC Nuremburg I, one year at FC Nuremburg II, and the last two years at SV Sandhausen (both FC Nuremburg I and SV Sandhausen compete in Germany’s second tier professional football league, the 2. Bundesliga). As a player, Rurik was basically a journeyman. Professional level but not one of the world's best players. Rurik gained fame at the 2018 Fifa World Cup match between Iceland and Argentina. Cameras captured his beauty and his instagram following soared to over one million overnight, three times the population of his home country, Iceland. Not just handsome; Rurik is downright pretty; easily the best looking professional male footballer I have ever seen. He was also voted The Most Charming Footballer in the World in 2018. BBC.com gushed “What do you get when you mix (a young) Chris Hemsworth and Brad Pitt, with a hint of Channing Tatum? Iceland’s Rurik Gislason – that’s what!” One last thing! He can dance! The runaway winner of Germany’s 2021 RTL hit, Let’s Dance, has all the right moves. The looks helped but this 26 year old divorced father of one is a natural born dancer (check out his rumba on youtube). Many will disagree with my #1 pick in favor of David Beckham, Olivier Giroud or Cristiano Ronaldo and I certainly respect and understand why they feel this way. All three of those footballers are exceptionally beautiful and uber sexy. Which is why I ranked a young David Beckham at #3 on this list and Olivier Giroud, whose beauty is apparently ageless, at #4. Like the astonishingly beautiful female footballer Alayah Pilgrim (#4 above), Rurik is not just one of the most beautiful footballers on the pitch, he is one of the most strikingly beautiful men in the world. I am hopelessly attracted to androgyny and Rurik is loaded with it. That rare combination of muscular masculinity and breath-taking beauty.
#2: Sergio Canales
Sergio began his very promising professional career at Real Madrid of La Liga, Spain's top tier professional football league, as an attacking midfielder. He was there only two years and made only 10 appearances. He was then loaned to Valencia of La Liga and eventually signed with Valencia the following year. He was there for three years but had few appearances because of lingering effects of a torn cruciate ligament. He then signed a four year contract with Real Sociadad (also a member of La Liga), completed the terms of that contract and then signed a four year contract with fellow La Liga team, Real Betis. He then left Spain entirely and signed a three year deal with FC Monterrey of Liga MX, Mexico's top tier professional football league, where he is still active today. His professional career was and is basically as a high level journeyman. He is here at #2 because at 24 years of age, Sergio was not only considered the next Cristiano Rinaldo (which did not happen) but was also one of the most beautiful footballers in the world. Today, he is a 33 year old husband and father who looks nothing like the Sergio shown below but Father Time eventually wins out against all of us, even the most talented and/or the most beautiful people in the world. But see below; look carefully at the young 24 year old Sergio Canales and you will see why I have rated him so high on this list. Without question, the 24 year old version of Sergio Canales was absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful footballers on the planet. Another of the precious few beautiful male ballers brimming with beguiling androgyny.
#3: David Beckham
Beckham is a true legend in professional soccer, and that sentiment is not confined to England. As a starting midfielder, he has played for top tier professional football teams in five different countries: 11 years at Manchester United of the EPL (English Premiere League, England), 4 years at Real Madrid of La Liga in Spain, five years at the LA Galaxy of the MLS (Major League Soccer in the USA) which includes two years of loans to AC Milan of Serie A in Italy, and finally 1 year with Paris Saint Germain of Lique 1 in France. He won league titles, some multiple, with Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, and Paris Saint Germain. He is the holder of multiple player records and awards (too many to mention here) but notably he holds the record for The First Englishman to win 4 league titles in 4 different countries, The First Englishman to score goals in three consecutive FIFA World Cups; he is also the current holder of the record for the most successful free kicks (18) in English Premiere League history, to mention a few of his accomplishments on the pitch. He played 21 seasons and scored more than 730 goals. Despite his prowess on the pitch, it was his uncanny ability to draw casual viewers and football (soccer) fans to the game that set him apart. Commercially, he became a money-making juggernaut, especially as an underwear model, which made him a sex symbol to both straight and bisexual women and gay and bisexual men. And he relished the attention, even bragging "I don't need to stuff my underwear". Beckham has topped the lists of Most Handsome Professional Footballers in the World, the Sexiest Professional Footballer in the World, even winning one Sexiest Man Alive award from People Magazine. Most notably, Beckham finished #1 in a 2018 Poll by Ticketgum (a premium football ticket brokering platform) that queried 1,324 married football male fans asked to name The Football Player Your Wife Wants To Sleep With. Even in retirement and married with three kids, Beckham still beat out the still active Olivier Giroud, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Gerard Pique. I love David Beckham. Not my #1 but he is one of my favorite ballers of all time. Commercially, he was the boldest footballer I have ever seen, dared to do things most men, especially straight men, would never do; e.g. see the pose in the third row of the image collage below. And that is one of his more conservative poses. He is perhaps the most overtly sexual footballer ever and because of his popularity with football fans of both sexes and his sex appeal to both straight women and gay men, he paved the way for future footballers to take advantage of commercial opportunities in both straight and gay markets around the world. In many ways, I view him as a trailblazing hero. If that's not enough, he is also very beautiful (without any assist from androgyny). It's just that i think Sergio Canales and especially Rurik Gislason are blessed with a rare, transcendent and incomparable male beauty.
#4: Olivier Giroud
France's all time top goal scorer, and my favorite baller ever on the pitch, is currently a striker for the Los Angeles FC of the Western Conference of American's premier soccer league, MLS (Major League Soccer). He started his illustrious career with Grenoble (Ligue 2) and Montpellier (Ligue 1), France's premier professional football league), then spent six years with Arsenal and 2 years with Chelsea of the EPL (England's Premiere Professional Football League) before moving to AC Milan of Serie A, Italy's Premiere Professional Football League. Olivier left France for Arsenal in 2012 as Lique 1's Sexiest Player of the Year. While at Arsenal, he was voted Sexiest Player in the English Premiere League (2015). During his final year at AC Milan, he was chosen by Glamour Magazine as the Sexiest Footballer Alive. Based solely on talent, Olivier is no Maradona or Pele, but when you combine superior football talent, looks, and sex appeal, it's easy to see why he is here. His constant rival was young David Beckham, who at 24 years of age was heavenly handsome and one of the sexiest men in the world. A noticeable difference is that David has few if any bromance moments and is not physically affectionate on the pitch. On the other hand, Olivier, affectionately named Sex-on-Legs by Arsenal female fans and is also heavenly handsome, is quite physically affectionate and clearly enjoys the company of his teammates. If interested, Olivier has also posted some bold, racy and revealing photos (which will not be shown here) for your viewing pleasure (they are easily located). This selection at #4 is based more on sex appeal than masculine beauty; Olivier has virtually owned the title of Sexiest Footballer Alive over the last decade and has held this title more than any other footballer since Beckham's retirement...and it's not even close. I had to respect that...and reward that because it's not an easy feat. He owns a burgeoning sex appeal. No doubt about it. But he is also a very handsome man. He belongs here. He earned it.
#5: Paulo Gazzaniga
Born and raised in Argentina, Paulo Gazzaniga began his professional football career at Southampton of the English Premiere League (EPL) as a Goalkeeper. After completing his five year contract, he then signed a five year contract with the Tottenham Spurs of the EPL. Good money. Good team. But he was never going to replace Hugo Lloris, one of the most talented, most decorated and most capped goalkeepers in football history. He did, however, eventually become the Spurs first option backup Goalkeeper. On a more positive note, he got to observe and learn from one of football's finest Goalkeepers. And, it was while at Tottenham that cameras zeroed in on his very photogenic and handsome features. Tottenham's single female fans also began to take notice of the fact that he was single, not dating and heavenly handsome. When asked what they liked about Paulo, women would answer with "He's mad handsome!" And that was usually followed by a squeal: "And those eyes!". While at Tottenham, his name started appearing on the lists of the Most Handsome Footballers in the EPL. He continued climbing the charts each year until he eventually topped the list as the Most Handsome Footballer in the English Premiere League. Not only that, he finished a close second to David Beckham in Ticketgum's (a premium football ticket brokering platform) poll of 1,324 married male football fans asked to name The Football Player Your Wife Wants To Sleep With. Paulo's second place finish left perennial favorites like Olivier Giroud, Gerard Pique, Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and others in his wake. I remind you, Paulo was a backup Goalkeeper at the time, which tells you all you need to know about just how beautiful this man is to get noticed by so many women while playing so few matches. He left Tottenham in 2021 and signed with fellow English Premiere League team, Fulham, where he played until 2023. He then signed with Spanish team Girona of La Liga, Spain's top tier professional football division and is still with the team as of January, 2025. Girona, population 130,000 is the capital of the province of Girona in autonomous Catalonia, Spain. Unsurprisingly, he gets much less attention at Girona than in the community of Tottenham. Although the populations are similar, Tottenham is part of Greater London, which has a population of more than 8 million people, so it by default is a much bigger football and media market which enables and generates more player exposure and commercial opportunities than the smaller Catalonia market. As a result, casual football fans like me do not get as much news about Girona and/or Paulo Gazzaniga today as we did when he was with the Spurs. Despite the smaller market, Paulo continues to make Top Ten in almost every poll of The Most Handsome Footballers in the World.

The subject of this song (You'll Think Of Me) is not Keith Urban but you'd never know that by listening to this live outdoor performance. His voice emotes pure pain that quickly permeates the listening audience in Philadelphia (2005). He's recorded multiple hit songs, but this has now become his signature song. A tear jerker of the first magnitude.
Johnny Cash's absolutely brilliant acoustic guitar (the legendary John Frusciate of Chilli Peppers) and barrelhouse piano (the legendary Billy Preston) country adaptation of Depeche Mode's rock anthem, Personal Jesus. My respect for this music giant has no boundaries. Hurt makes you cry. This song literally begs us to love each other and take care of each other.
Something In The Water. I don't know if this is the best country song ever written, but its powerful and poignant message of overcoming, redemption, and hope through faith is timeless and universal. But I am absolutely sure of this: it is, without question, the best country vocal ever recorded. No easy feat, because Martina McBride and Faith Hill, two supremely talented mezzo sopranos with booming pipes, can absolutely blow.
I Remember You. Carrie's cover of Sebastian Bach's mega hit is a perfect union of singer and song. Sebastian, a 2024 Metal Hall of Fame inductee, has a five octave lyric tenor vocal range of D2 - A6. Carrie has a three octave full lyric soprano vocal range of D3 - Bb6. The highest note in this song is A5, which both these singers can negotiate with ease. I know it's not country, but I love Sebastian, I love the song, and I love Carrie, so I had to do it.

AMERICAN IDOL (THE BEST OF)
